Hotel reservations
When you register online for the event, a three-night hotel reservation will be made for you at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX.
If you’d like to extend your stay, you can request additional nights during your online registration process. The extension request will be reviewed and, if the hotel is able to accommodate your request, you will receive and updated registration confirmation. Please note that additional nights will be at your own expense.
Check-in: Monday, May 11 at 4 p.m. CST
Check-out: Thursday, May 14 at 11 a.m. CST
Flight reservations
After you register, please book and expense you flight through Consur as usual. We recommend flying in and out of Dallas/Ft.Worth Airport (DFW) or Love Field (DAL) due to transportation arrangements.
Ground transportation
Transportation is being arranged for those arriving on Monday, May 11, and departing Thursday, May 14 through Dallas/Ft.Worth Airport (DFW) and Love Field (DAL). Shuttles will be coordinated based on flights booked through Concur Travel.
Modify or cancel your registration
If you need to modify your reservation, go to the registration page and use the same name and email address used to register. You will be prompted to enter the confirmation number you received via email. From there, you can modify your existing registration. If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel, please email us at CORP.CEOsummit@hcahealthcare.com.
